Principals in Profile – Anne Marie Rodgers

Mrs Anne Marie Rodgers, Victory Christian College

Anne Marie Rodgers has been Principal of Victory Christian College since 2007, and had an active role in the establishment of the College in 1995 as one of the curriculum writers and founding board members. Her three children were educated at the College, so she has always had a strong personal connection with the school community.

Anne Marie has led the school through the move to new facilities, the successful establishment of VCE, and continued growth that has seen the College quadruple in size over the last seven years.

She is a passionate educator who has developed a culture in the school that is highly relational, caring and nurturing, and which focuses on the unique strengths and abilities of staff and students. Continued development of a diverse and rigorous curriculum and a united team of skilled staff sees students highly engaged, excelling in core and creative subjects, and well supported in their learning.

Anne Marie is currently serving as a member of Christian Schools Australian (CSA) Vic/Tas State Council and is helping to support three overseas partner schools, located in Vanuatu, India and Malaysia.
