Principals in Profile – Fiona Cock

Ms Fiona Cock, Principal, Sophia Mundi Steiner School

Fiona Cock is the Principal of Sophia Mundi Steiner School, an Independent Steiner and International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. She is a passionate educator, advocate for children and young people, crisis counsellor and a musician. Fiona has taught in government, Catholic, IB and Steiner educational forums. She is a dynamic leader who draws inspiration from working with youth, music and being in nature. Fiona is a Director of Steiner Education Australia (SEA).

She was instrumental in strategically placing Sophia Mundi Steiner School as the first Steiner IB World School in Australia. This unique education offering combines a complete Steiner education with modern academic rigour and a balance of intellectual, emotional and physical development.

Fiona and the community at Sophia Mundi Steiner  School are creating a place where all members can develop their capacities and talents through inspiring teaching with practical and deep learning opportunities so that graduates can step forth with courage and the belief that they will create a better world.
